It's here people! I am so excited to release this book and launch it into the world! 

This book is going to really hit home for any of you that might be feeling a little bit depressed about the old aging thing. At one stage in our lives, we all come to the realization that we aren't going to live for ever, and the older we get, the faster time seems to pass us by. This is for many of us some pretty scary do do and to be honest, I would be lying if I haven't felt the same from time to time. But that's what inspired me to write this book. 

In this book I dive deep into what really makes us feel depressed about getting older and how we can navigate through those feelings so that we might actually see aging as a good thing. 

Because in the end, life, when seen from the right perspective, can actually reward us with valuable experiences that allow us to really feel alive. And isn't that the point of life, to live it to the best of our present abilities right to it's bitter sweet end?

You know those thoughts that we often ruminate about, like we aren't good enough and will never be good enough, so why even bother going 100% all in in life. Ja, do you get where I am going with this? In Perception, we go deep into why we are who we are and come up with some pretty simple ways to help alter your path and your perception of who you are so that you can tap into your true potential and become who you were truly meant to be and enjoy the process of doing so.

Envy is a book that, to be honest was a real challenge to research and write about. It's inspired from living over half my life in, according to popular polls, one of the happiest countries in the world. Funnily enough, it was while living in this country I was introduced to this deadliest of the seven deadly sins, envy. Or what they call in this country Janteloven. This bitter emotion that we all seem to deal with from time to time that usually only shows itself when we think someone is better off than us, or when we feel like they have received something that we ourselves deserve. But then it occurred to me, the process that has been applied to achieve great things is very seldom visible to the naked eye. And if it was, most people would not be willing to walk that path and stay disciplined enough to sacrifice the efforts and take the risks to achieve those great things, so whyshould they envy them? Because the naked truth isn't what people are interested in seeing. It is much easier to avoid the truth and believe only what they see, the achievements... which of course leads them to envy. But in this book, I dive deep into this deadliest of emotions and share ten simply ways that will help you to excel in life with a "hall pass" that will free you from the burden of living by the rules of an envious world!

A Plodders guide is a book that goes deep into the importance of understanding that there's no such thing as overnight success. I wrote this book, because I believe that we can all relate to what it means to be human in this day and age. We live in a world where we only see a very small part of the story of other peoples success. And in our culture we develop a false belief that success is a destination. We spend way too much time stressing about our rate of progress and measuring ourselves using other peoples rulers. Expectations and frustrations with ourselves tug hard on our emotions so that we often forget the most important reason we are alive in the first place, which is to enjoy and find purpose in the ride. In life I can't teach you anything, I can only make you think. And in this book, I think you will think along with me and perhaps laugh at some relatable personal stories that I share and that I have had to overcome along the path of my journey in life. But that's the whole point of this book, because in the end, it's all about the journey and if we do end up crushing through some destinations along the way, then good on you. But if you aren't enjoying the journey and doing it at a rate that gives you balance, then what the heck are you doing it for?

My Mind Body Golf This is a book that I have written for golfers of all levels. It covers all aspects of the game from the mental game to strength training, flexibility, sleep and diet, swing exercises and goal setting. It's a holistic approach to the game of golf. Because with my 20 years of coaching golfers from the weekend warrior to the tour pro, there's one thing that we golfers all share in common, our need to improve. In golf, as in life, one of the key triggers to happiness is personal growth and progress. This means that none of us feel great if we are standing still and we aren't getting better. This is when the game becomes stagnant and boring and we begin to lose interest. But the process to longterm improvement isn't hidden in a quick fix tip from all the experts that you play regularly on the weekends with, it's hidden in the knowledge of learning about your own needs that will lead you on a golfing journey and exploration of tapping in to what you are capable of. Which I guarantee will be much more rewarding and fruitful in the longterm. therefore I have written this book to help guide you through the weeds and back into the fairway, no pun intended. To help you gain your enjoyment factor and improve your game along the way.

Golfers Handbook

We all have unique and individual body's and because of this we have different or individual characteristics in our golf swings. Injury, lifestyle and many other factors may limit how well your body can move which in turn may force you to compensate in your golf swing. Forced to make compensations our body's move in a less than efficient swing that usually lacks power, consistency and can lead to injury. The Golfers Handbook is a tool that will help you learn how to identify and remove any limitations that might be preventing you from moving more efficiently in your golf swing. There are also a ton of exciting and informative tips on nutrition, warming up, the golf swing and plenty more.
